Our beautifully designed, lovingly decorated, calm and comfy treatment room has an extra large, extra comfortable, stable and supportive, hydrolic massage table ensuring comfort for all body types.

Our fantastic Remedial massage therapist Lloyd (they/them), is experienced, knowledgable, professional, kind and caring. Lloyd will work with you to ensure your massage is the what you need it to be.

About

Lloyd started their massage career with a heavy sports massage focus using clinical reasoning to support injury rehabilitation with techniques such as trigger point therapy, deep tissue, muscle energy techniques, and pin and stretching. More recently Lloyd has become a functional cupping specialist, targeting the fascia to improve mobility and cheer the clients on as they regain confidence in their ability to move and stretch with less discomfort.
Over time Lloyd has found that keeping a balanced approach of holistic and clinical treatments has best suited to help their clients to rehabilitate posture, recover from injury, relax their nervous system, and reduce pain. Their commitment to connection between mental, emotional, and physical health shows as they create safe and supportive environments for their clients to relax and focus on body awareness.
