Then we create a thorough pain management plan. This is likely to involve helping you build an understanding of your pain problem, retraining unhelpful movement patterns and habits, building strength, mobility and resilience throughout the body, so that you can return to the activities you value the most.
Hands on treatment techniques such as massage, dry needling and cupping can be used to aid recovery where muscular tension is being held in the body.
Sometimes pain conditions can push on other systems which prolong or exacerbate pain - factors such as sleep, physical activity, stress and mood.​ We will work with you to restore these to their optimal level.
